2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Within 30 Days
You have the right to:
- Reject the item and receive a full refund
After 30 Days (up to 6 months)
We may offer:
- Repair, or
- Replacement
If this is unsuccessful, you are entitled to a refund.
3. Change of Mind (In-Store Purchases)
We are not legally required to offer refunds for change of mind.
However, Thornbury Radio Shop may offer:
- Exchange or store credit within 30 days
- Item must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
4. Online, Phone & Distance Sales
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to:
- Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it
- Receive a full refund
Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation
- You may be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty
Exceptions:
This right does not apply to:
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons
- Perishable goods
